# Fastmash

> Fast command-line statistics and table workflows for text and quoted CSV.
> GNU datamash commands, portable results, weighted means, complete-record
> selection, table health and dataset comparison.

Published version 0.4.0: Linux x86-64, WSL2 and Apple Silicon macOS 15 or later. Install:
`curl -fsSL https://fastmash.io/install.sh | sh`, or `cargo install --locked fastmash` on Linux.
On macOS, use `cargo install --locked --bin fastmash fastmash`.
The published benchmarks measure Linux 0.1.0 binaries; macOS speed is not covered.
Commands, options and output follow GNU datamash 1.9; the differences page
